What IS the 6-Week Challenge?
The 6-Week Challenge is a holistic approach to sustainable physical and mental wellbeing.It's a combination of better habits and mindful nutrition coupled with a progressive workout programme.This proven challenge is suitable for everyone, whether you are new to fitness, trying to get back into a better routine, or simply want to add more structure into your life to help you achieve your fitness-related goals.It fits neatly around your life and is based in my closed Facebook group and fitness app - meaning you can take part wherever and whenever suits you!You can train at home or in the gym (or do a mix of both) and will be assigned up to 4 optional workout sessions per week.Optional weekly mini challenges will change your approach to training, nutrition and mindset and add a fun aspect to the 6-week process.Every week has a different focal point with an in-depth presentation to help you understand the HOW and WHY behind it.The challenge also includes a free accountability tracker to help us work out where you may need a little extra support to get you to your goal!
